Bobbi Brown Cosmetics

Retail Brand Experience

Bobbi Brown is a renowned global make up brand whose philosophy is that beauty should be simple, real and approachable. With a presence in most major retail outlets their ethos is strongly based on customer interaction.

Requirement:

Bobbi Brown asked Boothnation to come up with a brand experience to reward valued customers and attract new clients at their Selfridges concession in London’s Oxford Street. A very important factor was that we create images that complimented Bobbi Brown’s own exacting beauty standards and that our presence on the stand blended in seamlessly.

Solution:

Working closely with the Bobbi Brown team Boothnation created a fully branded photobooth using vinyl graphics on our corporate panels which blended perfectly with our client’s stand. We also provided a photographic retoucher at an adjacent work station whose job it was to create an additional, further enhanced, fine art print of the customer’s favorite booth image. These prints were presented to customers in Bobbi Brown branded print wallets.

Outcome:

The Bobbie Brown booth in Selfridges was an instant success with customers and staff alike. Feedback indicates a marked increase in sales and very positive customer responses to the experience. Boothnation continues to work with Bobbi Brown as the concept has been rolled out to their outlets in Bluewater and Westfield Shopping Centres and their Duty Free concessions in Dublin, Heathrow and Munich Airports.
